- This pet-lodging facility is housed in a pre-engineered metal building and features 144 climate-controlled kennels, a grooming facility, and swimming pool. As CMAR, we provided preconstruction services such as constructability reviews, design-assist, budgeting, and project planning, in addition to building the ground-up project.
